Refund policy

Returns
We have a no returns policy as all items are made to order. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

Damages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll be happy to assist you on a case-by-case basis.

If your inquiry is accepted, we’ll send you a replacement of the damaged item only.

You can always contact us with any questions at treasures@libraryafterdusk.com. 

To be eligible for a replacement of the damaged item only, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges
No exchanges. Please ensure you double check your order (size, chapter, collection, etc.) before checking out as all items are made to order.
