What are "Collections" and "Chapters"?

Each Collection represents a theme (like Whimsical Realms or Scarlet Keep) and each Chapter is a unique bundle within that theme. They're designed to be collected and experienced like volumes of a story.

Are these bundles pre-made or custom?

Each bundle is carefully made to order so you're items are crafted with care. This also means stock is limited per launch.

Can I buy single items instead of bundles?

At this time, we only offer bundles to preserve the storytelling experience - each one is designed to feel like opening a bookish treasure chest.

How often do you release new Chapters?

We aim to release new Chapters quarterly with surprise drops announced on our social channels and email list.

How long will my order take?

Because bundles are made to order, please allow 5-10 business days and shipping typically takes 5-15 business days depending in your location.

Where do you ship from?

All bundles are crafted and shipped from Canada.

Will I receive a tracking number for my order?

Yes, a tracking number will be emailed you to. Please note, Library After Dusk is not responsible for the package once it's shipped. Remember to reach out to the carrier directly.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

What's included in a bundle?

Each bundle includes a mix of apparel, drinkware and bookish accessories curated around the Collection theme.

Do the bundles come gift-ready?

Yes! Our packaging is designed to feel like unwrapping a story - perfect for gifting to yourself or to a fellow reader.

Can I request a custom print, colour or size?

Apparel is available in multiple sizes but other elements of the bundles are curated and not customizable.

Do you accept returns or refunds?

No - since all items are made to order, we don't accept returns or refunds.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll be happy to assist you on a case-by-case basis.
